How to Make an Egg Wash

This is a real simple step to change up your regular bread recipe

What you Need: 
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water or milk (water will make a shinier finish)

Instructions: 
Simply break an egg into a small bowl and add the water or milk and whisk until well blended.
Make your bread as usual and then brush on the egg wash prior to baking.
Bake according to regular instructions.

Your bread will have a shiny surface and look beautiful.  You can also use the egg wash on pies and pastries.
